Categories of Membership

Individual Membership is for the interested individual, practitioner, master practitioner, or trainer in the field of NLP.

This membership offers the following benefits and advantages:

• Opportunities for on-going learning

• Affiliations among member institutes
  
• Helping to promote NLP in the wider community
• Providing network possibilities for all
• Opportunities to establish new relationships and partnerships

• Information about CANLP activities and Member Institute events through a monthly email update
• Quality content and information in its complete English and French editions of its newsletter ...Suppose
• A Membership directory on the web
• A practical and user-friendly English and French website

Institute membership is for an individual, business or company working in an area of NLP.

In addition to the benefits offered individual members, CANLP:

• Promotes Institute Member events through a monthly e-broadcast
• Provides networking and learning sessions reserved to Institute Members
• Provides a link in CANLP’S Website Directory to the Institute
• Member’s own website and their information regarding services provided
• Ensures greater visibility to the Institute Member Directory in the Member Directory Section of CANLP’s webpage (The Institute Member Directory is the directory that opens when people first access in the Member Directory Section of CANLP’s website.)
  
• Distributes a printed Directory of Institute Members at the Annual General Meeting
• Enables their graduates to have a one-year introductory membership at significantly lower rate

Graduate Student Membership is a one-year introductory membership for recent graduates of CANLP Member Institutes. This membership aims to present the association's services and benefits and strengthens the
Association by enabling individuals to join the NLP community. Student members join CANLP as individual or institute members once the introductory one-year student membership is over.

Honorary Life Membership CANLP recognizes the contribution to its Annual Conferences by granting to the person or persons who offer the preconference or post-conference seminar and opening keynote of the Main Conference an Honoured Life Membership.
The honorary membership is recognized on the Internet. Life Members do not receive the benefits of any paid membership. Life members do not have the right to vote.
